Professional Background

 

Ms. Miller has over 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate and construction industry.  Previously, she was a Commercial Loan Administration Manager for a Midwest financial institution.  Her various responsibilities included overseeing documentation and servicing of all commercial and commercial construction loans as well as providing disbursement control for construction loan accounts.  Ms. Miller left banking and easily transitioned into the role of Construction Loan Analyst reviewing all draw associated documentation, working with the site inspector comparing the verification of the construction progress to the General Contractors request for payment, and compiling site inspection and draw analysis reports to ensure the request for payment reflects the actual work completed.  Her past commercial administration experience has provided her with a unique understanding of construction loan risk management.
